For year 2005 Concerning forming a Committee
To look into Violations

After perusal the
Amiri Decree issued on 14/8/1983 organizing the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
And the decision of the Minister of Commerce and Industry No. 35 for
year 1983 concerning the internal bylaws for the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
And the Decree issued
on August 8 1984 concerning enlisting the brokers and their assistants
in Kuwait Stock Exchange.
And the resolution
of the Market Committee No. (3) for year 1984 concerning forming a disciplinary
Committee and its related procedures.
And the ministerial
council resolution No. 589 for year 2005 concerning reforming the Kuwait
Stock Exchange market committee.
And the Decree No.
158 for year 2005 concerning amending some of the rules of the Decree
relating to the organization of the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
And after the approval
of Kuwait Stock Exchange market committee in it's session No. 3/2005
held on 1/10/2005.
The following has been decided:
Article (1)
A committee
shall be formed to look into the violations in Kuwait Stock Exchange.
This committee shall be represented by:

Article (2)
This resolution
