Committee's Resolution No. (3)
For year 2005 Concerning forming an arbitration committee

After perusal of the Amiri Decree issued on 14/8/1983
organizing the Kuwait Stock Exchange. And the Decision of the Minister
of Commerce and Industry No. 35 for year 1983 to issue the internal
bylaws for the Kuwait Stock Exchange and Decree issued on August 8 1984
concerning enlisting the brokers and their assistant in Kuwait Stock
Exchange.
And the Market committee's resolution No. 2 for year
1984 concerning forming an arbitration committee, with its related rules&
procedures.
And the Decree No. 158 for the amendment of some of
the articles of the Decree organizing the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
And the ministerial council resolution No. 589 for year
2005 concerning the reforming of the Kuwait Stock Exchange market committee.
And after the market committee's approval in it's meeting
No. 3/2005 held on 1/10/2005.
The following have been
decided:

This resolution will come
