With Regards To Forming A Council Of Appeal For The Decisions Issued
By The Committee Of Violations

After perusal of
the Amiri Decree issued on 14.8.1983 organizing the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
And the Minister
of Commerce & Industry Decision no. 35 for the year 1983 To Issue
The Internal bylaws For Kuwait Stock Exchange.
And the decree issued
on 8/8/1984 in respect of the registration of the Brokers and their
assistants in KSE,
And the KSE Committee
Decision no. 3 for the year 1984 in respect of forming the Disciplinary
committee and its related procedures.
And the Ministerial
Council Decision no. 589 for the year 2005 in respect of Reforming the
Market’s Committee.
And the decree no.
158 for the year 2005 in respect of Amending Some Of The Rules Of The
Decree in respect of Organizing The Market.
And after the approval
of the Market’s Committee in its meeting no. 3/2005 dated 1.10.2005,
it has been decided upon the following:

member shall be assigned for the Council of Appeal for the decisions
issued by the Committee of Violations in the market out of the following
